I’m Lia, the proud founder of Monarch Marketing Solutions. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I started Monarch Marketing Solutions because I sincerely sought professional growth and mentorship. I wanted to put down roots in a company where I felt seen, and my hard work was appreciated so I could expect a long-lasting career. Fast-forward to today. I've been in the business for a year and four months, and I can genuinely say I've never been happier.

As a business, we've expanded our market to multiple Cities/States. We work with multiple Fortune 500 clients, and our portfolio is continuing to grow!

The most rewarding part of my day-to-day life is that I'm able to help other people find success as well. I get to teach other people everything that I know without the fear of them taking my job if I do so. This is a people building people business, I love impacting and helping others.

My work philosophy is creating a culture of inclusiveness where all are welcome. We strive to have humility and integrity with good moral ethics.

Why I’ve been successful

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my integrity, humility, positivity, and ambition. I attribute my success to my professional mentor, who taught me everything I know about business and how to run one. I went from not having any skillset to knowing all of the information and learning it in a year, all thanks to him.

For me, the satisfying moment is when I see someone walk in without the skillset or confidence to pursue this career, and I'm able to pour into them. They walk out a completely different person in terms of both their personal and professional lives, and this gives me immense satisfaction.

During my downtime

When I am not at work, My hobbies consist of painting, reading, traveling, and spending time with close family and friends.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things that matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
